Ready-to-ship items: All ready-to-ship items ship within 24-48 hours.

Dispatch schedule: Our warehouse dispatches orders from Monday to Saturday.

Transit time: Once an order is shipped, it takes 3-7 working days to reach you based on your location.

Tracking details: Upon dispatch, you will receive tracking details via WhatsApp, SMS, or E-mail.

Shipping Charges & Free Shipping

Free shipping: Free shipping is available for a minimum order value of INR 399 per order.

Non-refundable charges: Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Courier partners: We use premium courier services including BlueDart, Amazon, Xpressbees, Ekart, Ecom, and Delhivery.

Delivery Windows by Location

Metros: Please allow 4-5 working days for the courier to be delivered post-dispatch.

Non-Metros and Interiors: Please allow 7-8 working days for the courier to be delivered post-dispatch.

Unforeseen Delays & Liability

We cannot be held accountable for unforeseen weather conditions and courier company-caused delays in delivery time. However, we will ensure to keep you well informed in case of any unforeseen delay with your order.

Mandatory requirement: “A parcel opening video is mandatory for any claims regarding damage, missing, or incorrect items.”
